News Flash:

Two Royal Weddings have occurred.  Prince Victor has wed Omi Kurita, an even which has pleased some and angered others.  Anger enough to cause revolts among some of the worlds that ride the border which separates the two powers.

Also CG Thomas Marik has wed Deede Liao of the St. Ives Compact.  Lyran Alliance has as much as stated that  the new front line will be along the Free Worlds Leauge border.
In a another game, back underway after a computer breakdown, it is war again.  The Clans have broken the Truce along with the Lyran Alliance and the Draconis Combine.

My own play by e-mail game, "WAR TO END ALL WARS", will kick off this month.  There are still factions open, so check it out.

The Southern Cross Saga

Circa 2030, Earth has begun to recover from the devastating assault of an alien race, known as the zentraedi, which decimated 70% of the earth's land.  They were eventually destroyed by the Robotech Defense Force (RDF). From the ashes of these historic conflict arose two armies and a new threat.  One army, the Robotech Expedtitionary Force (REF), left for space to try and confront the enemy away from Earth.  While the other, the Army of the Southern Cross, stayed at earth as the only line of defense.

They feared adversaries are the Robotech Masters.  A highly advanced race of beings who created the zentraedi.  Little is known about them, save that they are a force to be feared and probably want the same thing as the zentraedi.  An alien space vessel that crashed on Earth called the SDF-1.

Mykentia was the greatest Republic ever created. Then it became the greatest Empire ever created. Now it is time to set it free... 

It is the year 138972 of the Mykentian Era, and for millennia the people of the galaxy have lived in the shadow of Mykentia. A world of such power that it united the galaxy in just over two thousand years. 

The Republic was the greatest government ever created. It united all the races of the galaxy equally under a common banner. In the mid 27000's, the Military took over the government. From that time onwards, Mykentia became known for increasing oppression. Everything, all the efforts and resources of the Republic were turned to creating the greatest war machine ever known.

For millennia, the people have been looking for a way to throw off the military control, and return to the days of the Republic. Now, after millennia of peace, the great war machine is getting soft, and the time to strike has finally arrived. The time has come to liberate Mykentia.
